A witness states she personally observed JJ kick the guy in the face. Has she since recanted her statement? Official Police Report narrative:

The "witness" was the girl whos house he slept at that night.
According to her he only filed a report because his parents wanted him to.

At LEAST two witnesses gave Grand jury testiominy they saw JJ do the kicking.
Fact.
As stated TOOOOO many times, he is charged with a misdemeanor and will have his day, and say, in court.
MOVE ON for goodness sakes.

I mean, even if someone on the football team had not beaten up that kid, someone else would have that night. thats why GDI's should just stay out of TFM bars

Beside the point though, really have to question the discipline of the young man for even being in that position. That kind of thing starts at the top...
since the young man has NEVER BEEN IN TROUBLE BEFORE and since this curfew jumping one night after the end of the grueling fall drills is a tradition i resent your "that kind of thing starts at the top bull shite". that is a chicken shite cheap shot at miles; a coach that definately has a deserved reputation of running a clean disciplined program that wins lots of games AND graduates the vast majority of his players. JJ is innocent until proven guilty whether you want to lynch him or not.

So I guess Saban can be blamed for all the discipline problems Bama has faced recently according to that Gumps illogic.

And AT LEAST 7 gave Grand Jury testimony that JJ didn't do the kicking. They actually testified that they didn't see who did it but they know it wasn't JJ.

fwiw, I'm glad the kid got a severe beat down. He beats women. Even has a restraining order against him requested by the very same girl JJ was at the bar with that night. Isn't it ironic? Dontcha think?

Yeah, I hope he gets to play a couple of downs in the NFL and he gets his arse fricked up. He deserves it.

you're seriously mad that JJ "allegedly" beat this kid? You must beat women yourself. You sound like a redneck piece of shite

eta: IF you're saying JJ shouldn't have kicked the guy's arse.

Since the statute of limitations has ran out... Many years ago along with 6 other guys, we watched a buddy commit a PC crime. He had a serious drinking problem.
The base commander and our squadron commander were livid. There was a formal investigation. We were all individually hauled into a interrogation room with the one way mirrors. We all just said we couldn't say who had done it, so we all got punished just like we were the guilty party. The funny thing was the only guy who really couldn't say who did it was the guilty guy because he was in an alcoholic blackout. We all (aka The Enema Eight) got a royal official butt chewing from the Wing Commander in our ice cream suits standing at attention.
I met my squadron commander 16 years later, and he asked who had done it. I still wouldn't tell. I guess I'm in no position to cast stones at JJ about not ratting out his friends.
And this is why his teammates love him so much!!!

Not quite dipshit. Multiple witnesses said JJ wasn't even near the fight. That's how they know it wasn't him.
