I didn't make any of that up. Those are the facts. Ironically, YOU present facts and say "JJ probably kicked him'. The FACTS are that he didnt. Did u see any of the tape? It shows JJ hugging a girl and LEAVING the bar 15 mins before the fight occurred. The tape shows him WALKING PAST Lowery and his ex as they are arguing, and not so much as looking their way. They did not, and had never met in the bar or 'got into it' as u claim.

This is what I am talking about. People making shite up and just saying shite that sounds good to them. This was all hashed out and discussed back in Aug-Sept, and now everyone has a new inside scoop over a shitty article?

Hang on one second bra. So u thing because I have 240+ posts and someone else has 30k, I don't know what I'm talking about?

Let me point out something alot of LSU fans keep repeating as if whatever happened was warranted: "the dude (Andrew Lowery, had it coming. He had a history blah blah blah." Alot of LSU fans can't see past that and like the fact that SOMEBODY kicked his arse. So if it is JJ, they could care less whether he is guilty or not.

Besides all that, this thread is already boiling down to video evidence and all kinds of other crap that surfaced 3 weeks after the charges were filed in order for it to be put to rest

For someone trying to clear things up, you did the exact opposite. Idk where you came up with that shite.

So if I am reading this right...JJ was stalking a girl and kicked her boyfriend in the head?

Head in the sand. They will find out who the bagman is that payed JJ to kick the Marine. Danny Sheridan puts odds at 5-1. Banhammer, disassociation, etc., etc.

Since the statute of limitations has ran out... Many years ago along with 6 other guys, we watched a buddy commit a PC crime. He had a serious drinking problem.

The base commander and our squadron commander were livid. There was a formal investigation. We were all individually hauled into a interrogation room with the one way mirrors. We all just said we couldn't say who had done it, so we all got punished just like we were the guilty party. The funny thing was the only guy who really couldn't say who did it was the guilty guy because he was in an alcoholic blackout. We all (aka The Enema Eight) got a royal official butt chewing from the Wing Commander in our ice cream suits standing at attention.

I met my squadron commander 16 years later, and he asked who had done it. I still wouldn't tell. I guess I'm in no position to cast stones at JJ about not ratting out his friends.

This is for all of you that follow/watch ESPN and rely on them for your news feeds.

Apparently there are at least 3 ignorant threads based on an even more ignorant news article that Jefferson feels no remorse over a bar fight incident.

Here is what happened from someone who followed events closely/watched LOCAL news, and when half of you were fully wrapped in the season and did not know what was going on:
Jefferson was guilty of breaking a team curfew. Frick tradition, what everyone else before him had done. The punishment for that was to run laps.

Jefferson was NOT GUILTY of kicking anyone. Video showed him, while in the club, wearing a white shirt. Video showed the 'kicker' wearing a black shirt. Jefferson had all his shoes confiscated and was exonerated. BPS dropped the case because they had the wrong person.

Jefferson missed 5 games because he and his team mates refused to give the name of the player who kicked. If anything he is guilty of that.

Stop putting stock in 'articles' with an agenda, and don't have the facts

This looks like some serious spin.

You and I watched 2 different tapes.

Please link me to the tape you are referencing.

No. JJ missed the games because he had a felony assault charge pending. For better or worse, Miles is now locked into this as an absolute rule. No one plays with a felony pending. Violent, non-violent, guilty, innocent; police misconduct - no one plays with a felony pending. I can live with that.

Why are we rehashing this? No matter what we do or say JJ is a thug in the eyes of most non LSU fans. It's just the way most think. We can't change that and I'm not wasting my time trying. Just drop it and move on. We have more important things to discuss. Like the tattoo AJ's brother has.

A witness states she personally observed JJ kick the guy in the face. Has she since recanted her statement? Official Police Report narrative:

According the the report she was interviewed on the scene. Was she somewhere else and showed up back at the original bar after the fact?
