Once again, the shite winds are blowing in the SEC ... and it really means shite tidings for all you who are not Bama or at least Georgia fans.

At Washington ... At Washington in the now defunct Pac 12 ... At Washington of all places ... Deboer got further than any SEC team did last year. Especially even Georgia who is not shabby. And even Alabama which did over-achieve last year.

Deboer did this at Washington. Now, that he's at Alabama, he will improve Alabama even more esp. over the last two years.

Now, I do love Nick Saban and though he was in a decline (you have so said yourself since 2012 and can't be refuted), I would give the guy a lifetime contract just based on what he did in the past. But, check it, Deboer is possibly an improvement at Alabama even for Saban.

Bama is very likely going to continue its run and I know it hurts and I know you are scared. Hell, we're even starting a dominating run in basketball. But, just know that acceptance is the key to happiness otherwise the next 15-20 years will be very miserable once again.

Let it sink in, shitbirds

He hasn't even coached a single game yet and you're wanting to say he's going to be better than the GOAT?

Are you saying he won't improve 2022, 2023 Bama? That's what I'm saying and I think he will.

I hope so, but you said improve Alabama even more rather than just last years results.

One is just a national championship, the other is running a dynasty for more than a decade.

No one can deny that Saban was in a decline over the last few years. To me, it's beyond obvious that Deboer will be at least good and probably better than Saban has been since 2020.

He got softer, but he's also had some of his best coaching jobs in recent history.

Les Miles won a National Championship with the program Saban built, so a national championship wouldn't be crazy to think is possible.

But even Saban didn't have these kinds of expectations when he took the job.

It’s going to be so funny when Bama drops three games this year.

Is he going to cover up another 2 tapes at Bama like he did Washington? Now that wouldn’t be a surprise.

Sounds like you’re worried and you need to tell everyone shite to try and boost your confidence. Mark my words, or bookmark this post, Bama will go 9-3 this year and the fans will be calling for his job.

Saban was a great recruiter, organizer, and recruiter. But he wasn't necessarily a great X & Os coach. His weaknesses was offense, hiring OCs, and was too loyal to people that didn't deserve it. Toward the end he was getting pretty PC and allowed the players to force him to play Milroe against his assistant coaches opinions...........Except for the Kiffin and Sark years, Saban won by hording great talent and mediocre coaching.

So when the OP says Deboer will do more with less talent, I believe and understand what he is saying.

You are equating the now defunct pac12 to the SEC? The frick is wrong with you. Seriously. LSU last would dog walk the now defunct pac12. Tennessee would have dog walked the now defunct pac12. He’ll fricking mizzou wins the now defunct pac12 last year.

For fricks sake y’all need to think this shite through. Deboar might end up a solid hire but it’s far from a given. Dude has almost zero track record coaching scholarship football much less an actual functioning power2 conference program. He’s an unknown with a very small sample size of success in a lesser conference. He’s never coached south or east of South Dakota, zero program building experience, no coaching connections to draw from to build a staff and the second worst fanbase in college football in regards to expectations.

He might work out but the odds are against any multi year success with Bama.
