Title IX department apparently didn’t have a problem with him playing, given the information they were provided at the time.
They didn’t follow their own reporting procedures. They tried to hide it, and being a backup is totally irrelevant. Why does it matter if he’s a backup or not? It was also reported to the Police in October 28 for case 1, and 2nd rape was reported in November 28th. This kid was trouble had already been reinstated from suspension earlier in the season. Your coach is jsut a piece of shite. Keep on defending rape predator like you defending Burton for slapping a female.
What do you Bama fricks have against women?

Just keep on defending rapist, freak. Everyone knew, the messages come from the athletic department. And once they won it was DeBeor and the AD that reinstated him. If they lose the Pac12 game he’s does t never get reinstated. Also the emails shows DeBoer and everyone else knew about the rapes. DeBoer could have suspended him indefinitely like Fisch did, but chose not to.

Read the part where warrants where issued, and they found multiple emails between Athletic Staff members to the coaches saying to remove player from roster days ahead of Pac12 game. Guess that’s false also right?

2 rapes, by 2 different women and the university knew of at least one of them, and most likely both.
1st rape reported - October 28
2nd rape reported - November 28( victim was student, and happens on campus).
Imagine defending a predator because of your football team wins? Also doesn’t matter if he’s a backup player or not. If he was willing to do this for a backup player, imagine what he would do for a starter? DeBoer is a piece of shite, plane and simple. Can’t argue with facts.

This is a lie. The entire athletic department knew about it.
DeBoer and Atheltic Department knew
“I believe all the coaches — Kalen DeBoer, Ryan Grubb, (Athletic Director) Troy Dannen — knew about these stories,” Gee continued. “They had to have because in the PAC-12 championship game, he was not allowed to travel with the team or play in that game.
the time, UW Offensive Coordinator Ryan Grubb said during a news conference that Rogers was “working through some things, some challenges he’s had off the field,” according to The Associated Press.
the coaches knew about the assault allegations at the time, The Associated Press reported multiple emails were sent within the UW athletic department confirming Rogers should be taken off the team’s travel roster.
Hard to dispute facts. Only one defending this is you worthless shite heads in Tuscaloosa. Even Washington staff and students are not even defending this. They are actually concerned. Lawsuits will come out of this at Washington when this is all said and done, and it will come out how knew what. But what we do know is that Emails where sent with in the athletic department to remove him from travel roster and to reinstate him by same AD. The entire university from the top down tried to cover it up.
What also stands out in the report is it talks about how in fall camp Rogers drew a suspension. They kept him out of the Boise State and the Tulsa games,” KIRO Newsradio host Gee Scott said. “During that time, then Head Coach Kalen DeBoer stressed that Rogers at the time hadn’t broken the law or any NCAA rules. Just a team rule, so he wasn’t allowed to play.”
This was the 2nd time he had been suspended for “off the field issues”.

Jed Fisch > DeBoer
Posted by 731Vol on 4/15/24 at 10:28 pm
Jed is a better person, and has actually high character, unlike DeBoer. DeBoer plays a rapist to try and win a game, after two separate woman report him for rape to the university police.
Jed Fish had to fix the mess that DeBoer left for him. What did Fisch do when he found out? He suspended him indefinitely, no questions asked.
Don’t believe bama fans when they defend this piece of shite and try to convince everyone he didn’t know anything, when in fact he knew about both allegations along with the University. The 2nd rape was reported to the University November 28. The 1st rape was reported to Police October 28th. The University did not follow its own reporting procedures for Sexual assault accusations.
UW reporting procedure and title IV
Also this isn’t the first time that University Washington has had issues with rap, and sexual assault on campus. They have actually been threaten with lawsuits due to reporting issues. Also Washington has also been in scandles with violating propel civil rights in the past when hiring people by being racist and not hiring people because of race. The upper ranks at Washington are slimy people, along with half of Seattle.
Here’s what current staff members and students have to say, and they are not surprised Washington actually tried to cover it up.
These revelations are not sitting well with some at the university.
“It doesn’t matter if you’re winning a football championship. I think holding everybody the same standards is really important,” UW student Sixtine Gurrey said.
If this was a normal a student t accused and they wasn’t on a CFP football team, they know this student would have been removed from campus.
Larry Kessler, a professor at the UW School of Public Health, agreed.
“Multiple allegations of rape should be taken very seriously, particularly in this climate,” he told KIRO Newsradio Wednesday, a day after Rogers was formally charged. “That makes this extra concerning that the University of Washington allowed this young man to play.”
New details emerging from court documents indicate UW officials were aware of at least one rape accusation against 18-year-old running back Tylin “Tybo” Rogers last fall, during the height of the Huskies’ historic season and run to the CFP National Championship game.
Gurrey says the university’s handling of Rogers’ situation is disappointing, but not shocking to her.
“I also went to the University of Florida, at a time when our football team was really good, too,” she said. “There were a lot of allegations against our football players at the time. I feel like it’s pretty common, actually.”
She added that she only heard about the incident from media reports this week. To her knowledge, UW officials have not provided any communication to students or staff about the matter.
Students and Staff at UW are concerned…
As you see, the only ones defending DeBoer or Washington over this is Alabama fans, DeBoer and UW AD. Even staff and students are not even defending him, even though they where in the middle of a CFP run. Even they agree this player should have been suspended indefinitely then.
But at least students understand how certain football programs and coaches treat acts of violence against woman as long as the football team is winning.
I don’t know how any parent could feel safe to send their daughter to university of Alabama knowing if they are raped or assaulted by a football player, it will be covered up.

Head coaches are supposed to be able to predict arrests that will happen 6 months into the future. Didn't you know?
It was reported to the university police, and rape kit was done. University POLICE and Washington did not follow proper reporting protocol. There was enough evidence at the time to arrest when the rape kit confirmed both females were raped. They was in the middle of. National Championship run, and the police, and the university burried it till after the season. It was then the girls families started raising the issue again and questioning it that finally they had no choice to do something after the season was over. There are emails between the top brass at Washington, AD Department, and DeBoer about this kid being removed from the Travel roster. Even Grubbs knew the reason why he was suspended and made up some BS excuse. How many times have you seen females make rape allegations and the rapist not get arrested very soon after?
DEBOER AND THE UNIVERSITY REINSTATED HIM AFTER THE STARTING RUNNING BAKC GOT BANGED UP IN CONFERENCE CHAMP GAME. The facts never changed from when they first reported. What did happen is that Seattle Washington is soft on crime and they tried to win at all cost. Now it’s coming back to bit them.
quote:
They only did after more than 2 weeks later. Most likely there wasn't enough evidence as it's just a school and you only have statements from the people involved
He was reinstated because the starting running back was banged up in the conference championship game. The 1st victim called her mom and they went to hospital and did rape kit. It was the same evidence that got him arrested that was presented. Nothing had changed and a title IV investigation was already started. There are emails from the university to Deboar that told him to remove him from the travel roster. Everyone knew at Washington prior to conference championships game.
quote:
When did they know.
Authorities said in court documents that the woman reported the alleged rape to police on Oct. 28, and completed a sexual assault kit at Harborview Medical Center.
A 22-year-old University of Washington student reported that she was raped in November 2023 in the University District, police said.
The woman met Rogers at a Halloween party at the university
The second woman reported the alleged rape to the university on Nov. 28. They all knew from the top down and there are university emails between the school, AD, and DeBoer. They prioritized there best season in school history over rape charges with 2 rape kits as evidence.
Here your timeline
Stop trying to spin this, and stop making excuses for rape. Rape victims deserve more than what they got. University tried to hide and if he wouldn’t have gotten arrested no one would have said anything.
Multiple emails were also sent within Washington athletic department confirming Rogers should be taken off the team’s travel roster for the Pac-12 championship game, but no documentation of reasons for such an action were given, the documents said. He was allowed to appear in the Huskies’ two College Football Playoff games a month later
If Washington would maybe lost the conference champ game. He would have never been reinstated and they would have made an example out of him. But when they were selected for the CFP, they did everything they could to try and win a title.
quote:
took the cops 6 months to charge him,
It was reported to the University Police in November. And the University slowed it down, and did not follow proper Title IV reporting procedures.
A real coach with character!
Fisch told local news media that nothing about Rogers being suspended last year, or the reasons for it, had been brought to his attention.
As soon as I found out about the allegations, as soon as it was brought to our attention, he’s been suspended indefinitely.

Well it’s obvious Bama doesn’t care about coaches breaking the rules, or scandals. They hired a football coach that tried to cover up a players rape charge so he could play in the CFP because his starter got banged up in the conference championship game. He suspended a running back from the team due to the 2 rape accusations and being under investigation, and only activated him because his starter was banged up. Sounds like a coach with character issues at best already. He has shown he will cover up a rape investigation just so he can play that player. Should got right in, in Gump Land!

You could pick a team from this from the conference that would compete with some minor league teams.
Now that Texas and OU is coming, it’s going to water it down a little. Be more teams like Mizzou, and Auburn.

3. Tennessee (4)
The Volunteers continued to roll with a sound sweep of LSU. While their offense is the story most weeks, it was their pitching that led the charge this weekend. Drew Beam did not allow an earned run across 6.2 innings in his start, while on Friday AJ Causey threw 4.2 scoreless innings in relief. In his return to the lineup, Billy Amick did not miss a beat as he crushed two home runs and had three RBIs. Tennessee this weekend travels to Kentucky for a top-10 showdown.
If our pitching starts to show up with our offense, we going on a deep run.
