Would he have quit on his team 3 times, just before the championship game?

As good as CEH has been this year, LF7 would have been insane.

CEH is better at making people miss in the backfield due to his quickness. Fournette struggles with that. Guice is a better fit for this LSU offense than Leonard. (I'm a big fan of Fournette, BTW.)

Derrick Henry had Jake fricking Coker as his QB and won a Heisman and NC.

So if Burrow was his QB he would have rushed for more than 25 yards against Bama?

I'm not sure, I can't keep up with the binders full of LF7 excuses.

I guess he might have caught more than 25 yards of passes out of the backfield with this Joe Brady offense.

Well, he is an idiot. He’s still suffering affects from getting destroyed by Foster and having Henry take his Heisman.

He would've won 3 national titles.

Leonard needs to include Brady into that conversation. And Les would have had let Brady do his thing. I doubt Les would have let Brady do his thing. Les' ego was too big. When teams would stack the box instead of flanking TE or RB out he would bring another player in to block (usually a FB) and run right into the teeth of the defense. It worked in 2007 when we had superior OL talent. It failed when we didn't have superior OL talent like going against the likes of bama. The frustrating part was Les always said he was going to change up things before the season and open up the game for our skill positions (which are always very good) but never did. I don't believe he had the creativity or the desire to change. Les was stuck in the old Bo Schembechler mind set.

And a really great OL.

Bama's defenses that year wasn't too shabby either.

Les would have never let Joe Brady implement his ideas.

It's more the head coach than the QB. Henry wouldn't have accomplished that under Les.

Well Burrow didn't sniff a national title last year so I think what he meant to say was "if Joe Brady was there we would have won 3 national titles"

LSU finished ranked 6/7 with Burrow as the QB last season. Also the LSU offense was very good when they had Mettenberger.

He must have forgotten who his head coach was. Leonard would have won the same amount of games with Tom Brady as the QB. What a waste of talent

Ok, but imagine LF7 running into 3 and 4 man fronts, with LBs dropping backwards into coverage most plays to try clogging Burrow's passing lanes. Imagine LF7 running against nickel and dime defenses every play. I mean you remember the horde of LF7 truckin' DBs gifs right?
