My one experience was the 2001 Florida game. Was awesome until the a-hole cops started spraying mace on a windy night. That and when the post came down, it missed hitting me in the coconut by about a foot.

Some did after the 90 Iron Bowl, but not that many. Maybe around 100, mostly students. Bham police clubbed and maced them. They didn't even try for the goalposts.

We broke an 0-23 losing streak in SEC games prior to that one covering the end of the Woody Widenhofer and beginning of the Bobby Johnson eras. Was also our first home SEC win since 1998...

We rushed the field against NMSU when we snapped our 0-21 streak. So, can't really say shite.

That Florida game was awesome. I loved how the PA announcer said "Please do not throw the goalpost out of the stadium" after the students had carried them to the top of the stands in the end zone.

Not sure if it has been mentioned but to be fair we would've rushed the field vs 'Bama in 2010 if there weren't so many police and security guards blocking the student section.
