So you forget Tuberville coached elsewhere, Tater tot has coached elsewhere, Chizik went to announcing and DC a couple of times. Harsin will coach again elsewhere.

Auburn traditionally gets their coaches from lesser programs. It’s how it works for a lot of schools. As for myself I’m okay if we get Kiff or not. He’s not my favorite. He’s a decent coach though.

Lane must have gone to the Sunbelt Billy school on how to start coaching rumors. Neither him nor Lane were ever turned down by LSU. They were never even interviewed, much less considered for the position.
