You have to be pretty damned loyal to stay at Ole Miss for 6 years when you have options.

Cignetti just turned down Penn State to stay put. It can be done.

Correct. You may not have followed the sport closely, or maybe just look at things a certain way, but the exit was drama filled by Lane.

You still have Ole Miss fans crying that he "quit on the team." What do you think the narrative would have been if he accepted the LSU job and told Ole Miss and his players "good luck"?
And you can't afford to "get the coaches you want after the season's wrapped up." Those guys would have been in limbo and possibly taken other jobs had Lane not offered them to come with him to LSU.
Ole Miss was pissed he took the LSU job, that's understandable. Ole Miss was not going to let him coach in the playoffs, that's also understandable. But Ole Miss fans acting as if there was anything different that Lane could have done to make that less painful for them is laughable.

“Whatever it takes”
What rule(s) has he broken?
Be specific.
Absent any broken rules then your claim is worthless.

He's actually toned down the immaturity quite a bit since arriving at LSU. I expected more twitter trolling, but he's been pretty quiet.

I generally agree with your post, but I think LSU is safe from ever having to worry about another major university considering hiring Lane again. This will be his last job one way or another

I find it hard to believe he is allowed to recruit NFL players before they're even cut.

Tiger Droppings needs a Lane Kiffin page.

Did he recruit them? Proof? Or did he alert them to their legal options provided under the TRO?

"Alert" as in voluntarily open communication to players still active in NFL of possible benefits if they can successfully sue the NCAA and get back in.
YES

He's perfect for LSU, along with Wade and Mulkey. What a group of coaches.

Active in the NFL is a stretch. If you were versed on the TRO you would know this.
Also, what you’ve laid out isn’t a violation of any rule anywhere. Try again.

Right I'm in threads about plenty of things that never mention LSU too. So I repeat are you slow?
