Lane is a cocky troll that loves to be in the spotlight, but I never really considered him "shady". At least nowhere near compared to other coaches and executives out there. All still because he left Tennessee after one 7-6 year 15 years ago for the HC job at the school he made his big break as OC at?

Times have changed. Auburn is a dead end. Saban closed the deal on that fact. No one wants to be judged in 2 years on beating Saban. Doubt Kiffin will make that mistake. But we shall see.
