You realize that the TVGuide channel has more viewers than MSNBC, right?

Look at it this way. When Mullen beat Nutt in 09 they said they were content with just winning 6 every year and maybe winning 8-10 every few years. They ride that for a while unitl we hire Freeze and Freeze kick their arse on the field and in recruiting. They then find reasons to get mad at Mullen. Mullen was great whilel he was beating OM, awful when not.

Stans was god. Then OM started to get competitive and Stans then seems to have run his course and they make a change.

You may not see it but they are happy when they are better then us. Upset when they are not and will do whatever it takes to be at our level or higher.

We were fine with Nutt after losing to Mullen in 09. We were more upset with JSU and Vandy then the 09 egg bowl. Most people were happy with beating LSU and losing to State.

Tupelo and Olive Branch, not so much.

The vast majority of Ole Miss fans and State fans get along. I have always had a good time in Oxford and my Ole Miss friends always had a good time in Starkville.

I always see posts about so and so's friend or something that is some hardcore person that would rather die in a nuclear explosion than see Ole Miss beat South Alabama. I assume that most are exaggerated. Or they have shitty friends.

In regards to football-

I think OM fans take football more seriously than MSU fans - i.e. they care more and have more football knowledge.

MSU fans are more casual in regards to football. They just aren't as diehard. They seem to be hardcore baseball fans.

FWIW, it's not a knock against MSU. I see Alabama fans as diehard because they recognize the finer points of football. It's just a different type of fan that invests more into the game.

As far as people/personalities go, not much difference. It just depends who you associate with.

The only difference I notice is that MSU fans seem to care a little more about basketball than OM fans do. Football and baseball seem to be pretty equal.

You should do what I do. Some days, on Fridays, I like to grab a jar of peanut butter and an apple and I like to cover that apple with peanut butter but I don't eat it, I put it in the refrigerator for the night. It has to be cold, not cool. If it's cold, I take it out and I scrape off as much of the peanut butter as I can(you can't scrape it all off because that would be impossible, so don't even try or I will wreck you). It should Saturday by this point and you should have a freshly polished apple without much peanut butter on it, you can put the peanut butter back on it(new peanut butter, not the old peanut butter that you just scraped off of it) if you're not satisfied at this point but if you are, you can cut the apple into slices. You should impale each slice to make a small enough hole to fit a small string or fishing line, a hole puncher is not effective for punching holes in an apple slice. You may see where I am going with this at this point, so you will insert a small string or fishing line through the apple and tie a knot to secure the apple slice to the string and once the apple slice is secure, you can tire this new freshening ornament anywhere in your domain, bathrooms, your car, your cabinets, everywhere will smell like a picnic.

You get mad that someone says they can tell you didn't go to OM, when you didn't, and the fact people can tell that pisses you off so you start a thread about how all Mississippians are all the same thus no one can say "he doesn't look like an OM fan".

How can you tell by my posting style that I didn't go to Ole Miss?

How does an Ole Miss student post stylistically?
