No. Know what their "big announcement" was? They're increasing hotel/motel taxes to fund part of their project. In other words, if you go to Kyle Field from now on and stay anywhere close, you'll be helping them fund their project.

So anything that didnt happen before 1998 doesnt exist? What a total coonass way to look at something considering you guys were bad for the better part of the late 80s up until saban came. And then he left your asses and left you guys with les miles. Must suck

Why would it suck to have a coach that beat A&M both times he faced them?

They claim to be doing it in three. We'll see. It is a massive project that will be done in stages. When it is finished, Kyle will be among the nicest stadiums in the country. I'm not saying it will be the best, but it will be up there.
That's pretty cool for a stadium that began being constructed in like 1925.

It's rare you ever see a list without A&M listed in the Top 10, esp in terms of fan experience. Of course A&M isn't alone as an SEC school in that capacity. Kyle is in need of a major refresher though, lots of the stadium is ancient and dated so the new Kyle will fix that along with issues such as the sightlines of some seats. It is not the loudest venue anymore because of superior acoustics at other stadiums but that will be fixed as well.
I just hope the Bama game is a night game so it can get a prime atmosphere. The UF game was at 2:30 but it was stupid hot at gametime. The LSU game was at 11. Both were good environments but really it takes a night game to get the best Kyle has to offer.
