Why do you want me banned? I haven't said anything that's false. McElroy sucks. That's a fact. McElwain's playcalling sucks especially in the red zone. That's a fact. Alabama's offense needs to do a much better job passing the ball, sustaining drives and converting opportunities in the red zone for this team to have a realistic shot at a repeat. That's a fact. What have I said that was wrong?

Our offense had trouble sustaining drives ALL YEAR. Even against the teams we put up a ton of points against like Arkansas and Texas, our offense didn't really move the ball well. We scored most of our points because of big plays and incredible field position. The offense was horrible in the first half against Kentucky and the entirety of the games against South Carolina, Ole Miss and Tennessee. Our offense only played well in four games this year (Virginia Tech, North Texas, LSU and Florida). The North Texas game shouldn't count because they really suck. The playcalling was excellent and the entire offensive unit was playing exceptionally well against LSU except for McElroy. We only put up 24 points because of him. So the offense only played up to their potential against Virginia Tech and Florida. That's only two games which is unacceptable to me.

Stats don't tell the whole story. Stats say Matt Flynn is the worst national championship winning QB of the BCS era. Stats say Alabama is no better than the sixth greatest CFB program of all-time. Stats can be deceiving. My eyes tell me Matt Flynn was a very solid college QB. Only Josh Heupel, Ken Dorsey, Matt Leinart, Vince Young and Tim Tebow were better BCS championship winning QBs. My brain tells me Alabama is no worse than the fourth greatest program in CFB history and has a very legitimate case at being the greatest ever. My eyes and my brain tells me Greg McElroy isn't very good.
