Not what I took away from Kirby's comments about Lane, what football fans should take away from his remarks

-Kirby hates playing Lane's offenses, Exhibits A and B: the 2024 and 2025 games and CFP playoff game (all of Lane's offensive staff coached that game)
-Lane was instrumental in Nick's offensive evolution at Bama and that translated to what Tua and Mac ultimately did
-all Lane talks about in the coaching text thread is offense and defense and what Monte and Derrick Brooks did to counter offenses, Lane knows so much about defense it's insane

Kirby can be incredibly gracious and complimentary in a loss. he was extremely complimentary of 2019 lsu after the sec championship game. he said hed never seen an offense like that before
