And the hits keep coming. I realize this isn't any sort of violation, but WTF is wrong with this douchebag?

Gotta love it that LSU and Bama sign the top 2 recruiting classes in the nation and all you douchebags can talk about is Kiffin and the Vols. Pretty good PR move. He takes over a program that has had nothing but negative pub the last year; stirs the pot with Darth Visor; puts together his staff; gets a top 25 recruiting class(and we aren't done yet); stirs the pot with The Cryer, Tricky Nicky, and the mad hatter; effectively steals the national headlines that should be talking about the LSU and Bama recruiting classes; and gets people talking about TN football again. Suit up boys, looks like we're going to have a few battles on our hands this fall!!

see how cute you think Kiffin is after another shitty year

What the hell does this prove about him being a competent coach, absoloutely nothing...all he has done is run the raider program further into the ground and made senile old Davis look like Jesus Christ himself

Not with HS coaches, HS players and other college coaches. Not to mention the commissioner of the SEC.

fine by me, that actually takes the pressure off the recruits so they can focus properly.
all this has done is make your coach the laughing stock of college football and has now forced him to now back up his arrogant, cocky attitude. my grandfather used to tell me "don't let your mouth write checks that your arse can't cash" and it looks as though your new coach might should heed that advice.

And all of this before they even hit the field.
Kiffin truly is......the laughing stock of the NCAA. SEC comish already told him to shut the hell up.
Lot of talk coming from UT and its fans but it's all moot when you still suck next year.

Im still amazed he hasnt coached a single down at Tenn yet he's already unanimously hated and been reprimanded by the SEC Commish.

Dova...
Tennessee Fans claim to be the "classiest" fans in the south, but you're condoning everything that your staff does. You cry when Saban, Meyer, or Spurrier sneezes.
Have you been that irrelevant the past 10 years that you will take any kind of attention?
Be careful what you wish for, hombre.

I hope TD.com archives these celebratory comments by Tenn fans over the unethical behavior of their coach and staff. Tenn will reap what they've sown. Karma.
It's already tough in the SEC without a target on your back. Now, you have a target with a loose canon at the helm of your program that has never been head coach of a single college game and he's in the toughest conference in the country.
Fulmer may have lost his momentum in coaching, but he was a class act through it all. Al Davis looks like a genius.

I know Kiffin is relatively young, but he seems very immature and unprofessional for a HC of a major program

Can't wait to see fla thrash tenn.

I'm not saying I condone it. I said yesterday that I'd prefer he just shut up and get ready to start coaching up the players that are up there. Lord knows Fulmer left the cupboard pretty bare up there so some coaching is going to be needed. We went from being hated by most of yall to being irrelevant under Fulmer. In a strange way it kind of feels good to have every thread on here talking about how much you all hate us, can't wait to watch the "epic failure", etc

and somehow makes it and your previous coach look classy. He's shitting in the pot he's got to cook in.

See here's where you're missing the point. It's the same way we'd be talking about it if there was a tragic plane crash or something.
You can't look away when someone is openly this stupid. The guy is making millions and proved he would have trouble managing the local MickeyD's

The only battle the vols will have this fall is keeping teams from scoring 50 points a game on them.
A very rude awakening awaits your dumbasses in the fall.

If Kiffen texted someone saying Richardson's "decision is made", that is a violation. Coaches are not allowed to make any statement about a recruit's intentions before they have signed. Simply saying they've MADE a decision, even without saying what the decision is, is a violation.
Funny. Kiffin accused Florida of cheating in the recruitment of Richardson, when in fact he cheated in the recruitment of Richardson.

Defending national champion with almost everyone coming back, playing at home, with a Heisman trophy winning quarterback and one of the most prolific offenses in SEC history, vs. a team with a losing record last year whose coach cheated in recruiting, then had the audacity to accuse said national champions of cheating.
That could very well be the ugliest blowout in the SEC in recent memory. My early prediction:
Florida 91
Tennessee 0
Popular
