Watch the 1:45-1:49 mark on the lower part of the screen and you can see number 75 for Alabama start running from right to left on the screen and destroys an Auburn football player number 98. You can’t see the collision but you can see him running and right as he hits him he’s out of the screen and we have no idea what happened

Likely the damnest play in CFB history. Errybody messed up 'cept for the returner and the coach's who coached him to run the thing back 'cause it was a no lose (unless a coach ran out on the field and worse, blocked a guy chasing the play).

* Returner never hesitated
* Bama kick team wasn't prepared to cover the lanes
* AU coaches were just too full of Auburn not to jeopardize the runback by rushing the field and yeah, one of them throwing a block that to the best of my memory has never been made mention of before. LOL! Had he shoe been on the other foot Auburn fans would still be stalking the officials on the field at the time. And some LSU fans would still be in need of treatment for manic paranoia. Although the coach block did not stop the tackler who was not going to catch the returner it should have been a penalty. Which if you think about it would have been a re-kick by UA.

Bama players were in position on the return but just too fat/slow or just didn’t care enough to run at full speed. #84 with poor arm-tackle atttempt at 1:39. #29 runs out of bounds & stops. No Bama players within 10 yards as he crosses the end zone.

bullshite.....as an LSU fan I'm well within my rights to hate both Auburn and Bama (and I do). But that play should have stood as called, and it did!
And Aggie, if A&M ever once becomes relevant in SEC sports (anything at all) wake me up.
