Kentucky is bad on offense. Penn St has a decent Rush defense.
They’ll need to be plus in the TO battle or get a phantom PI call at the end of the game or something

Kentucky has had a nice season, but they remind me of a poor man's 2012 Florida in which they really only have one formula to beat any decent team. They have to run the ball, play amazing defense, and win the turnover battle. If one of those things goes wrong, they're in trouble.

Depends on which Penn State team shows up. I've seen them a decent bit this year, and they are Jekyll and Hyde more than anyone in college football this year.

Kentucky wins with a 2+ in turnovers. Cats defense is way better in the secondary than Michigan and Allen is better than any player on Michigan's

I don't even know what to make of that App State box score from week 1. Bare min they were up 24 to 10 going into the 4th? Maybe the backups played? I dunno.
I find the struggle win over Indiana more damning but I didn't see any of their games.
