is it bassetball season already?

Mizzou D will feast,, Tiger-cheetahs will romp in UK backfield.

The D and special teams might put up more points than the offense..

Will we win?

as Joaquin Andujar might say..

"you jus never knows"

Play like what? Like we have damn good defense? we allowed 6 points. If we play like that again we will win.

It's kind of like this thing the rant has. Most of this board is desperately waiting for Mizzou to assume their rightful spot next to Vandy at the bottom of the conference. So this week is always the week.

Not to mention I think people would like to see UK have some success.

Here's the deal though. DLineZou will work over UK's OL and force Towles into mistakes. Hansbrough back will be a big boost to the offense and our offensive staff will be able to take a step back, simplify and rely on what has worked. Just like last year. A smart, field position type of gameplan and rely on the strength of the team (defense).

Pinkel teams have a pretty good history of steadily getting better, being able to play to strengths, and being able to win tight games. I don't see this year being much different.

I like Missouri. They have a good record on the road in this conference, and that defense is nasty. They will disrupt the UK offense big time. As long as they don't give UK short fields they should be able to dominate the LOS and win a low scoring game just like Florida did.

its really not that complex lol you beat a uconn team that lost 10 games last yr 9-6 i see that and kentucky is a good bit more talented then uconn so it leads to the question can they beat mizzou this week?

i also mentioned in the first post a couple other teams i think they can beat in miss st, auburn, tenn, & louisville

Right, as we all know teams always play the same week to week.

Could they beat us? Sure. Will they? HIGHLY doubt it. I wouldn't be at all surprised if we shut them out.

Mizzou has no chance. They don't have players to play on the defensive line and their team full of walk-ons don't have enough talent to snap the ball properly vs this UK defense.

Well, here's a question for everyone picking Kentucky:

If Mizzou wins, will that change your high perception of Kentucky? Or will your low perception of Mizzou change (we know it won't, but still)?

Seems like Mizzou has no chance in this game.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!

I'm starting to wonder if Pinkel, Mauk, and Henson have been trolling everyone with purposefully bad head scratching play....

they actually have a pretty favorable schedule to make a bowl game if they dont absolutely suck

You are lucky uf beat them. I've said all along that Kentucky is a 9 win team this year.

One of these is not like the others. UK will have absolutely no problem getting up for Louisville.

Why the Cats don't play against everyone with the intensity they have against Louisville has always baffled me. Last Saturday they played Florida as though the Gators were ranked #1 and the defending national champs. Tom Brady and the New England Patriots might as well have been on the field.

The Cats played tight and Towles was just shitty. What they think about Mizzou, I can't guess. Last year they went into Como very confident and played fairly well. If they do that on Saturday, I think they'll win.

Mizzou has an 11-game win streak on opponents' turf. Pinkel is a master motivator and is the king of the close game win.

17-14 seems like a good prediction. Who has 17 and who has 14, I couldn't guess but I hope UK finally beats the Zou.
