Huge get! 6’11 stretch 4 who shot 37% from 3 for Wake Forest this past year. Our post is looking pretty solid. Pope is getting it done!

Of the 5 players added in the last week, he would be #5, so odd that you picked him to create a thread about.
But, Pope is filling out a roster with some very good players. More to come this week.
Plus he's on with several 5* for next year, so yeah, this is all very promising.

The Carr commitment moved Kentucky up to 32nd in the country and 9th in the SEC.

Carr is the perfect stretch 4 for Pope's offense. Really glad we landed him.

Kentucky might have a losing season next year if Pope doesn’t start landing better players. Some of their fans have convinced theirselves they’ll be really good based on who they’ve landed so far, though.

I think we are fine with what we have so far, given the 8 ball he was behind getting started. If we get Osobar, that will be huge. Then we just need a couple of more to have enough for a roster.
Starting over, no one thinks we will win a title next year. This hire wasn't about next year, it was about the years to follow. I think Kentucky fans are happy with what we are seeing, and there are more visits scheduled in the next few days.

Amazing how UK fans wanted Calipari gone but every new commit or new coach already brings out the Calipari/Pope comparisons.
