Anyone saying Kentucky has no chance is delusional. They aren't as talented but they are extremely physical and very well coached. Plus their quarterback is a playmaker. They will have a shot but State will still win.

Could you refresh my memory on who Kentucky has played?

Kentucky has put together a better than their average team this year, and they will go to a nice bowl.

But in the end, I see the Moo Staters clanking their bells 30-17.

I think it will be a more competitive game than last year. MSU 48-17

I'm unsure why state fans could not think UK can win at home? Do I think state is a better team overall, yes, but not by much.

Quintessential trap game for Miss State.

Keep drinking the kool aid and thinking a 30+ win for Miss State.

When the horn blows....it will be the cats by 7.

These predictions feel eerily similar to those voiced two weeks ago in favor of Florida.

Miss State is totally obsessed with Dan Mullen. In their sleep all they can do is watch Mullen dance.

But it will be the Cats dancing Saturday night!

Florida beat Kentucky on a fluke last season. They really had no reason to be confident.

MSU blew out Kentucky last year.

MSU >>>> Florida by a lot

Fitzgerald has killed us with his legs the past 2 years. Could list a million generic "must do's" to win, but to me this is the most important. Even more so than limiting Hills yards.

We are definitely a different and better team than most realize, with a lot of very athletic playmakers. No predictions here, but I think it will be an entertaining game and we will gain a lot of respect despite the outcome.

And the rest of us are unsure why your fan base thinks this way every single year when you have lost 8 out of the last 9 years by double digits, including a 40 point loss last year to an MSU team that was not as talented as the one that's going to beat you this year. Hope springs eternal.

Simple reason actually.....

for years Kentucky has only been one deep in about any position. Stoops has now bolstered every position to go 2-3 deep. That is how you win games...in the 4th quarter.

Another reason is that Kentucky's secondary has improved exponentially. That coupled with the breakthrough speed of Wilson at QB along with Rose will take the focus off of Snell.

If Miss State is asleep at the switch dreaming of Dan Mullen in his alligator shoes...this one will go to the CATS.

You saying we have lost 8 out of 9 years by double digits is simply inaccurate. 5 out of 9.

I mean this objectively, Kentucky is better at every single position group than they were last year with the single exception of one DE (and that actually remains to be seen).

I don't blame you for walking away from that game last year and thinking very little of UK. It's not fair or reasonable for me to think that you would watch all of our games or know our team intimately. Therefore, I don't blame you for not knowing how out of character that game was for us last year. We got completely away from our style of play and left ourselves asking Johnson to throw the ball to get us back in it, which wasn't one of his strengths.

Realistically the only advantage State has is at QB and DLine. If we force Fitz to throw the ball and limit states rushing attack we probably win. However if they do the same to us they win. Our teams have the same damn style of play. If Terry doesn’t turn it over and we force a couple of turnovers, state will be going back to Starkville with an L.

You are smoking crack. We are literally better than you at every single position on the field. Grow up Peter Pan. Peter Sirmon ain't walking through that door. We will send you into basketball mode Saturday, like we do every year.
