It’s a guy saying he understood from another guy that those schools would possibly have someone “in place” to pay a player. And another Adidas guy under oath saying they didn’t even want to steer guys to Kentucky because it meant they couldn’t continue to control players.
If they punish Kentucky for that without even anyone on wiretap/proof of payment, they’d have to punish UNC and Duke. And we know that’s not going to happen.
