I hate this challenge. It makes no sense having 10 teams take on 10 SEC teams because 3 of the better teams in the SEC could not be playing in it.

I’d rather see an SEC/ACC challenge. Or SEC/big10.

How well Alabama does will depend on if they perceive Baylor as a good team or an average/bad one. :p

This was made because the ACC already does one with the Big10 and has been since 1999.

We were a little late here.

I am surprised that OK St. is favored in this game. I would take the 5 points and Carolina.

In CBB a home court advantage can be anywhere from 2.5 - 6 points.

Admiral has not been himself the last 2 games. Rumor is he's had the flu. Hope that's all it is and he gets back to normal, we'll need his A game in the back half of the season.

In a timeout during the Vandy game, he looked dazed. Hopefully, he's better Saturday.

Vandy plays like they did against us, they could beat Oklahoma. If they play like they have against everyone else, Oklahoma by 20

Agreed for the most part but it is also at Oklahoma

Besides UK vs KU, this is a good one.

eh the cultures among Big 12 Fanbases and SEC are closer.

Sure not every team plays but I'd rather them than the Pac12.

No one cares about them out there.

The Big 12 is also way better than than the PAC 12.

The PAC 12 is doing terribly in both major sports right now.

actually just had to check, but the Pac12 doesn't have a single ranked team right now.

Their golden boys Arizona (not that great) and UCLA (stinks)

and same in Football (USC)

Still, it's Huggins, I don't forsee a cakewalk

It will be a total cakewalk. West Va is the worst team in the Big 12. We played one of our worst games all year and beat them by 10 at a neutral site. And it should have been a lot worse. They are really bad.

I get his point but it really should be at home. West Virginia is very un-West Virginia like this year. They have been in the top 10 of steal% the last 5 years. This year they are in the mid 200s. Overall, this is Huggins' worst defensive team.

What does cultures have to do with basketball? If it were with the pac12, only two sec teams get left out instead of 4

It would seem the Big 12 is favored this year. I guess that is why they call it a challenge. We'll see if the SEC can make it competitive. No need to run and hide just because you aren't favored. Sometimes that is what teams need to get their asses going.

Who's with me! Let's GOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Playing the Big 12 helps our league WAY more. The Big 12 is a top two conference in D1. The PAC 12 is like 6th or 7th.
