Terrible terrible news.. he came back his senior year and had an incredible season for us. He would have been drafted in the 2nd or 3rd round and now he's probably looking at 6th or 7th. May not even get drafted. Hearing this ruined my damn day.

That is terrible news. Hate it for the young man.

How far he falls may depend on the the type of ACL tear and the recovery probabilities and healing time surrounding it. If he's as good as you say the NFL should take a chance on him even tho' it will obviously be lower than he'd have gone otherwise.

I wish him luck and hope he's drafted in a higher spot. If he drops to the 6th round and below he may do better to tell teams to not draft him at that point and work out his own contract as an FA signing with a team moments or hours post-Draft. For some players that situation can be a good one although it is hard for many more.

Damn it man. Best wishes and prayers to Beckwith. Surely somebody will be smart enough to pick him up late. Damn....

Sucks doesn't even begin to describe it. He's a great player, and I hate to hear that happen to someone who has worked so hard.

Was he injured during practice?

I bet thatqueer1985 will make sure everyone knows he quit on the team by not playing in the Buffalo Hot Wings Bowl.

Damn that sucks. Terrible to hear. He was a beast against the run.

Makes posts like this even more sickening to read:

Has Kendall Beckwith's swollen vagina healed yet?

quote:

Don't forget that he and Kendall Beckwith are both quitters.

Both from the same guy. What a fricking loser.

I hate this.

People bashing Leonard Fournette and Christian Mac for skipping the bowl game should step back and look at the bigger picture. Take this, for example, and Jaylon Smith for an even better example...

Nah he was injured in our last game against A&M I think. Could have been the Florida game, can't remember for sure when exactly it was. I remember when it happened though and I knew it was gonna be bad because it was non contact and he fell down holding his knee.

Hes an awesome kid and came back his senior year. Then gets hurt in his 2nd to last or last game. It's sad as hell.

If you are afraid of getting hurt then football is probably not for you. Their decision though.

Why do many NFL players sit out the final week of the regular season when the final game can't affect their postseason position? I'll hang up and listen

Explain to me what Fournette had to gain by playing this game. When you do so, try to keep in mind that he has been injured for half the season.

What do you expect from the shittest fanbase in the conference? Stupid frickers don't even go their own bowl games yet are jacking off to their unhygienic awkward arse beaver coach filling their future roster up with a bunch of 3 stars.

If your greasy old man pulls out of your whore mother, we don't have to read stupid posts like this. His decision though.

Smith did come out and say he'd make the same decision to play as he did then. Doesn't want to be the point of emphasis on the trend.

Sucks for Beckwith to be injured so late, it takes him down draft boards because he'll almost certainly be taking a redshirt year.
