I think some of you are taking this as Notre Dame is greater than LSU at recruiting.
I'm saying I don't know if Kelly can recruit in the SEC as well as Ed or Les did. That's not a given.
Notre Dame definitely recruits itself just as LSU does.

He will have some recruiting budget as Georgia and Bama, me will need a lot more bagman just to hand out the “very strong offers” finally

LSU has recruited at a top 5 level but injuries and "injuries" and transfers and opt outs have taken a heavy toll. The current roster is not top five.

Well Kelly will not be playing
GT, NAVY, STANFORD, & TOLEDO
Every year any longer and the only ranked team they played this year is the only game they lost at home.
