They constantly harp on the saying that whites will never understand the black struggle, how can blacks know anything about the white struggle?
They can all frick off, I think most of us agree with their "overriding message" but they're alienating plenty of potential supports and building a shite ton of resentment that never needed to be there.

Lol I know exactly how LSU became the tigers. And I’d like LSU to remain the tigers because the connotation of a civil war regiment is no longer associated with a striped jungle cat.
That being said, if any LSU players/students had a thoughtful reason why they wanted to change it... I probably wouldn’t pay it much mind. I put very little stock in the opinions of 18-21 year olds.
