7 national titles say otherwise. The fact that LSU finds a way to win when it matters and Arkansas finds a way to lose says it all. Wednesday night was a microcosm of both programs. There couldn’t possibly have been a better example of both programs than that 9th inning

Just imagine considering yourself a top 5 baseball program in the country, while winning only 5 of last 20 series against LSU, being 0-4 all time in CWS games against LSU, and then having your most complete Arkansas team ever lose 4 out of 5 games against LSU this year, including 2 losses in the CWS. Stack that on the grand total of zero national championships to LSU’s soon to be 8 championships in 20 CWS appearances. Give them some space to rage against the machine.

Expect to see Ole miss, Tennessee, and Miss State fans bragging about championships. Like they great programs. They are great programs but everybody knows hogs are better program

LSU had 2nd inning bunts in first game and 9th inning runs with 2 outs in 2nd game. Not dominance. Careless mistakes

Some Arkansas fans will never get this- you either win it or you don’t, and if you can’t look at those numbers and see dominance, you’re one step away from printing cups that say “we almost and if only this (fill in the blank) had happened, we’d be where we’re not.”

KA-complete game 3 hit shutout…great showing but without looking probably not that uncommon
GW-19K no hitter, one HBP shy of perfect game, only 3rd NH and first in 60ish years.
Anderson will be drafted higher, make more money and probably have a much longer MLB career…but when the next pitcher gets close to a NH they won’t talk about Anderson…Woods performance will come up time and time again in the CWS.
Better career=Anderson
Most dominant performance=Wood
