He’s getting bailed out by a great receiving group. If he had to throw to this years GA receivers he’d have Fromm-like numbers.

This offense would be far better under Fields and he'd have far better numbers. Fields would have hit a wide open Demetris Robertson on the first possession tonight. He would have hit both wide open TDs against A&M in the first quarter. In any offense, Fields is far better than Fromm.

For what it's worth, Fields doesn't have to throw for 4000 yards because they run it better than anyone.

No, dude.

Just no.

Bro, take it from somebody who's been an LSU fan his entire life and had to endure the Les Miles offenses.

It's your scheme.

End of story.

Your fricking scheme

You're like a large portion of LSU's fanbase through all those years who were claiming it's this or that. Just last year we were fighting with our own fan base because 40% of them were claiming it was the offensive line that was the problem. Well guess what? Same offensive line this year. Totally different scheme. Totally different results.

Don't bother nola000 there is no convincing HT that Fields is not what he thinks he is.

Urban Myer thought Dwayne Haskins was better than a Heisman winning QB with every SEC record imaginable in his bag

Different offense, shitty as league, and idk maybe he put it together once he quit on us. He could have stayed and proven he was better this summer and year but he ran away looking for an easier route. I just hate somehow we reward players for that

What you wrote is bullshyt and you know it

The QB competition at UGA was rigged from the moment Fields stepped on Campus, EVERY TIME FIELDS PLAYED LAST YEAR, he was used as a gimmick WILDCAT QB, had he been given snaps in the same exact Offense that Fromm ran he would've pushed Fromm and maybe over taken him by Season's end, my guess is that KKKirby didn't want a QB controversy on his Team since Fromm had gotten them to within a 2nd & 26 of the CFP Championship in OT

No one wants to say it so I'll say it, the Kirbster rigged the competition because he didn't want a "black vs white" QB controversy on his campus just 70 miles from ATL, GA, the cradle of the Civil Rights movement, he thought Fields would wait his turn and be satisfied with snaps as a Wildcat QB

After being used as a change of pace Wildcat QB, Fields & his Dad probably felt that they didn't get a fair shot to win the starting job

That's the real reason he transferred, the stupid comments by the baseball player simply allowed him to play right away

Gonna be pretty hard to Recruit elite QBs for the Kirbster, missed on Watson, missed on Lawrence both GA HS guys that won the CFP ,even though Richt is the guy that missed Watson, and now you give away Fields (that makes the CFP in his first season as a starter), for fish heads & rice

UGA and the Kirbster have a poor track record with 5* QBs from their own home State, might take a while before any more elite QBs will trust UGA to develop them into 1st round NFL cash cows

Thanks a Kirbster, this only helps GT to close the talent gap with you guys even quicker

While I think scheme plays a big part in this, I also think competition does too. Put Fromm at Oh St with UGA's scheme and I think he's a little more successful.
