His brother spent years fundraising to produce the film.
The story wasnt well received by most of Hollywood due to his personal beliefs.
Modern day slavery story? Get us Sandra Bullock ASAP

I remember watching it several years ago. Well done movie. Exceptional young man. I'm gonna have to go back and watch it again. Every sports fan needs to see this one.

The guy overcame a lot with his faith. A walk-on who becomes the best lineman in the country in 1998. He really was a beast on the line. And before he can get his first paycheck and get his family out of poverty he dies in a wreck on his way home to take his Mom to church. Inspiring and heartbreaking beyond words.

Good story. But the movie was terrible. It was like someone shot it on a cam corder.

Good movie.
Definitely not the 1998 Arkansas stadium, practice fields, or dorms though. They didn’t even try to go back 20 years.
