The 70 team won the SEC.
Could have won back to back SEC titles but LSU decided to go for the win instead of the tie vs Ole Miss in 1969!

Durham was ran down twice in big runs vs Florida and Vandy…..Ran down! Should have been TDs for both.

My dad played on the defensive side of the ball with him at LSU. He said he was a tremendous athlete and great player. The front 7 were loaded with guys like Ron Estay. Linebackers like George Bevan and Mike Anderson.

Watching LSU on espn in the CWS in the 90s. The first title game got me hooked.
