I don't speak for anyone but myself, but want to say that efforts of the OP to keep everyone abreast of the latest developments in college football cannot be overstated.

I’m in the camp that respects the 9-0 and you play whose in front of you.
But it is nuts the way it worked out that atm hasn’t played a single team in the top half (can’t play themselves). Just a weird way the teams balanced this year

I agree. You won't hear a peep from me about the schedule as they simply play who is on it and it's everyone else who has sour grapes about it....
But that was the situation also last year when Texas had a "soft" schedule and an "easy path" to the playoffs, also.
It's just funny that when it's Texas it's the Burnt Orange Media Conspiracy and the SEC conspiracy theories and big money, etc.
But when it's A&M, it's "aw shucks fellas, we can only play who is on the schedule and they aren't in the top partly because we beat them! Dontchu understand how these things work?"
"Honesty for me, but not for thee" kinda behavior.

You are 100% correct and we could pull tons of threads as receipts from last year and objectively atm sec schedule is even easier than ours was last year.
It is funny those same posters who shite on ours last year are not acknowledging their schedule at all, hypocrites.

BAS and Hope are in a death match for Aggy’s soul. Aggy may be rooting for Hope, but BAS has had her claws in him for a long time.

The big, HUGE, difference between yours last year and iurs this year, is that yours was tailor made by design to be maybe the weakest in SEC history, and it played that way.
By contrast, ours had 3 top 10 teams on the road. and two top 15 teams at home fir one of the toughest schedles in the country.
So it didnt turn out thst way.... dont equate everyones frustration with your cupcake silver platter season with the " happened to turn iut thst way" schedule of the Aggies!
