Cause upsets never happen.
Long way to go. Only thing certain is uncertainty

Y’all were leading when the fourth quarter started and blew it.
Imagine how big that lead would have been with Metchie and Williams on the field.
If only we had seen a game against Georgia with both of them on the field...

If only we'd had our starting QB JT Daniels, our #1 LB Adam Anderson, our 5* transfer Arik Gilbert, and a healthy George Pickens and Darnell Washington in that game.

He was the starting QB, the fact we had a better QB on the bench isn’t the point. We played without our starting QB, best WR, best pass rusher, and numerous other WR all year last year..your team did not. You want to minimize the impact of injuries to us because we responded better to them, that’s because we had better coaching..

Interesting.
Surely he is lighting it up for the Bulldogs this season. I knew Kirby could see he was the better QB than that bum Stetson Bennett all along.

Raping someone is a little different than tearing your ACL on a non-contact play.

He literally has zero catches for Georgia and it isn't due to an injury. This is just stupid.

Only legitimate case you've made so far.

Darnell Washington in that game
Uh, he played in the game. Dumbass.

I have a hard time believing that a second string WR at Alabama catching balls from the Heisman winning QB is much of a handicap. Bama's second string WR's (or any position) is a better player than most everyone else's starters, nationwide. So I don't want to hear it. About any position group, except QB. Having backup QB's go in can truly be game changers- even with stacked QB room. But a linebacker? A receiver? Please.

But let's continue to compare them to losing Metchie and Williams as if they are equal
Didn’t Ohio State stomp y’all after losing their 1st and 2nd string QBs? Does your 2009 Championship against Texas lose value bc their starting QB was hurt?
It’s called depth. If you actually listen to your own head coach, he preaches it constantly. It’s a part of the game. You didn’t have enough good players in the depth chart. Tough luck. You lost. Saying you should’ve won if they didn’t get hurt is such a pussy and misguided view on the sport in general. Ever watch the NFL? Do you know how many superstars get hurt every season and teams still win? Yeah, college is closer to that than it ever has been before.
It’s safe to say y’all lose the SEC championship in 2018 if Tua doesn’t get hurt and Jalen Hurts doesn’t come in to spark a comeback. It’s safe to say, y’all had the depth in 2017 to bring in a true freshman QB to win it all in the 2nd half. Anyone Chalking up losing to injuries- especially a team like Alabama that has the best depth - is a fricking pussy who knows nothing about this sport.

So you're saying they had all season to establish themselves as starters and weren't thrown into the fire in the national championship game?
No shite. That's what we've been trying to get through to your dumbasses.

No. Georgia had double digit games to get players ready. Not two fricking quarters.

Getting fricking hammered 41-24 just didn't happen I guess.

He was playing injured, he was injured all season, it's the only reason we know who Brock Bowers is because Darnell wasn't healthy enough to play full-time.

Alabama's receivers still had over 300 receiving yards in the title game without Metchie and Williams.
We just missed the two guys who combined to go for 13 catches, 281 yards and 3 TDs in the first matchup.
Yeah, you're right. It's not much of a handicap.
It's fricking enormous.

I’m saying had Bama suffered thru similar injuries, you don’t make the championship game or as you guys put it before “without Young we lose 3 games”. For a deep team like UGA, it didn’t matter.

Your injuries happened at the end of the year, you had all year to get more than two WRs ready….

Fixed it for you. Game did not have any impact on our season. Congrats on your win, seems like the biggest thing to happen for y’all last year.

Is he healthy now?
5 catches for 81 yards across three full games.

what is this pussy trash? how many times has a team looked upbeatable, then fricked it up on some random team? georgia hasnt shown anything other that bo nix still sucks. they could lose to tennessee or kentucky, and thats just on their weak regular season schedule. Also, you never know when someone will get injured. look at last year, bama randomly lost to a shite a&m team and then raped georgia in the sec championship, then lost 4 starters and lost the second game. what does georgia look like if their star TE goes down?

That's weird.
Multiple Georgia fans have said in this very thread how the SEC Championship Game would have turned out different if "our starting QB" hadn't been injured.
Meanwhile, his sorry arse is in Morgantown getting beat by Kansas.

I don't know. He missed the entire Spring due to injury. I don't know what his status is at the moment. He does seem to be one of those guys constantly plagued with injury though, which really sucks for such a great talent.

He, nor any other UGA starter, has played 3 full games…or even one full game.
His 81 yards is however better than all but 3 Bama players so far this year, despite him being our 2nd string TE.

Is that what you do when you make up a pretend National Championship out of mid air UCF?
Alabama has made up eight or nine out of thin air.
