Having long arms seriously fricks with your ability to bench press. Guys like Vlachos will always be able to press the most. Hell they START with their arms past 90 degrees.

I guess NFL scouts have some film that tells them that AJ is better. However, it's apparently only available to non-Bama fans.

cools gif, bro. do you have the one where he dragged PP in OT when they were freshmen? How about the ones where he made catches (including TD) with PP on him this year? You got any of the gifs of PP cramping up trying to cover him when they were Sophs?

NFL.com coverage just mentioned how JJ got better of PP on tape according to scouts he's talked to.PP is good. JJ is good. The constant hating on JJ is old.

had nothing to do with JJ. he has/had issues that seemed to be less this year as Les cut down on his min and they changed a few things in his diet from what i understand.
Here is what I said about JJ. I think he is an outstanding receiver.

"give the nod to aj for being a better reciever but julio is a better all around player" that has to be one of the most retarded statements I have ever heard. They are recievers and AJ is by far better you fricking moron

I'm a 30 year old gym rat cursed with a 5'11", 185lb frame.

With that said, I live in the fricking gym and I would LOVE to see some of you throw up 225 17 times. Hell, I would love to see some of you bodybuilders in here lift 185 twice.

I've never seen so much bullshite in one thread and that's saying alot.

I agree.

To give an idea of the feat that it is to put up 225lbs. 17 times I have a good example. I have a buddy that bench presses 335 max/ 2 reps, he also runs the 2-mile in 12:30 so he's a great endurance athlete. When we were stationed overseas I watched him bench 210lbs. 12 reps, and he struggled to get the 12th one up. He would have been lucky to get 225 up 10 times.

Bench reps are meaningful to football players in general. I've linked that shite so many times, so look for it a few pages back, or don't. I really don't care...

I call bullshite on 335 twice, and 210 12 times.

When I maxxed at 275, I could do 225 8 times, 210 10-12 times. (I'm 6'3")

It's pretty much a linear pyramid, my buddy can max 315 he can do 225 15 times. (He's 6'1")

My stepdad can bench 335. He could do 225 about 20 times (He's 5'7").
