Yes, that was bad, but we got away with a blatant horse collar.
The two that pissed me off were after they brought in a new center and had 2 immediate false starts that went uncalled.
How are you not looking for that on the road with a 3rd string Center?!?

Saban is 5-1 vs. Kirby and two of those wins were with backup QBs. The lone loss came in a season we beat them and our receiver corps was a triage center.
The win was the outlier. We would have beat their arse last year too.

How do you not know how to spell Saidin after fourteen books?
I get that it was pandering to the audience but it's a slap in the face to insinuate the Dragon could be female and then have an entire ajah that hates males because of Saidin.

Book reader here from the Pre-Sanderson days and I've finished all of it.
So far I've really enjoyed the adaptation. I felt like Jordan got off track in books 7-10 anyways so my hope is that a TV adaptation could actually be an improvement by tightening up the story.
I didn't like the CGI of the trollocs, I didn't hate it but I think that's something they could clean up moving forward.
One of the most annoying arc's to me was what happened with Perrin, so that massive change to his story could be a potential bright spot to me.
I did feel like Rand's anger at Moraine was very forced in the context of the show. I'm not sure why you would rebel against a powerful witch who saved your Dad's life and killed a ton of trollocs and saved what was left of your hometown. I don't get how you would be suspicious of her after that.
Anybody that has a strong opinion after 20% of book 1 in a 14 book adaptation clearly has an agenda and you shouldn't put any stock in their opinion.

I'm hopeful the TV show will just erase the Perrin/Faile storyline. The beauty in having a finished product is we can see how pointless she was to the final battle. We can still land the plane without wasting a lot of time on that horrid relationship.
