Nice to see a judge with integrity, something the State of Mississippi knows nothing about.

Both judges got it right. Even if it hurts your vag.

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Stetson Bennett granted his last year because he'd spent a year in JUCO? Not by a judge, but by the NCAA? It's been my understanding that JUCO doesn't count toward your NCAA eligibility years.

Ole Miss fans are the only people who think someone should get a redshirt because of a sore throat that didn't even cause him to miss any time.

That’s probably why he voted against it.

Hometown judge knows ball and knows QB2 is better. Doing Tennessee a favor here.

Stetson redshirted in 2017. Got an extra year because 2020 didn't count against eligibility for anyone.

2017 UGA Redshirt
2018 Jones College
2019 UGA
2020 Didn't count
2021 UGA
2022 UGA

Good judges don't allow bias like the judge showed in Mississippi.

No, actually most fans know the Mississippi judge got it right. The only ones who disagree are sad little haters. Like you.

Most Ole Miss fans definitely "think" he got it right.

Didn’t Tennessee lose to every team they played that ended up with a .500 record or better last year?

They almost let state beat them.

Explains why the Vol judge didn't want Aguilar back.

Why didn’t he wait until the SEC games started and then have the judge issue a TRO and then repeatedly push the hearing back a few times so that he could play for the Vols for a month?

Amateur hour in Knoxville.

Listened to the hearing and thought by the Judge's questions that Aguilar's request would be denied, but a UTK judge in a Knoxville courtroom didn't make me 100% confident about it.

Is this just a state thing because I don't understand how some guys can be allowed to get another year but other guys don't when their situations are almost the same.

Exactly. Precedent has already been set.

Precedent isn’t set with a temp injunction. That’s all Pavia got

Aguilar also sued under TN state law in TN state court.
