Manziel’s offense in college was scramble around and throw up 50/50 balls for Mike Evans to save him.
This is true and he was really good at it. He made some linemen and linebackers look foolish in trying to tackle him. But he didn't follow the script. He could throw the ball reasonably well and knew a few plays. He was a very good and perhaps the best intramural style QB you could find on any college IM team. And you could tell that because when Sumlin was asked about his play KS had that dazed and confused deer in the headlights look about him.

Don't let them get to you. You are going to have to waste as much time as we do to get your post total up. High numbers of posts doesn't prove much actually.

This is the stupidest narrative ever. You never saw him play. What about all his rushing yards? Those Heisman voters should’ve listen to you instead

The present suggests otherwise.
NFL
Newton, 31,000 yds, 187 TDs
Tebow, 2,400 yds, 17 TDs
Manziel, 1,700 yds, 7 TDs

This thread is stupid, but players can be better suited for college ball than NFL.

OP has no idea wtf he is talking about. No, he is not better than Tebow or Newton

Agreed. Even in college. Which, for whatever it's worth (not much), is all the OP was talking about.

People don’t improve that much. That’s a gulf.
Manziel, unlike the other two, never won Division, Conference, or National Championship. And, as noted, sucked an was fired professionally.

I'll assume you were replying to me. NFL is not the same game as college - certainly wasn't when tebow and newton were college QB's
Moreover, I could be better than you against mediocre competition, but for whatever reason not be able to handle great competition as well as you can.
Again, I don't think JFF was better (or even close) even in college. Just saying your argument has flaws

Manziel was great with Kliff calling the plays - not as much after his Heisman season, and that is because Kliff left. Kind of like Brady/Burrow. The right "fit" matters to have a truly great offense
Unless you are playing 5* talent at every position like Bama

So all that means that Jones is maybe top 25 qb?
