Had he actually filed a restraining order against her, this would already be over. The fact that he hasn't completely gotten away from her shows poor judgment at best.

and yet she refused to let the cops look at or photograph any of the claimed injuries, refused to answer questions and got combative when they were trying to ask questions for their report, and the police have now said they are not filing charges b/c there is no proof of what she claims happening.
