Unfortunately for Johnny, if a woman screams abuse, then in the court of public opinion...you're guilty until proven innocent. Who knows if any of this is the least bit true?

Yep ... I can definitely see you slapping women around and threatening to kill them.

Makes total sense now.

Link to him slapping her?

Zero charges and she refuses to show any "injuries"

Maybe he's pissed away his football aspirations. He'll just work for his dad in Texas making millions all while he sits on a fat family inheritance. Johnny Manziel will be fine and I'd gladly trade places with him this very second

His dad ran a used car lot in Longview and recently left to do the same thing in Monroe and lasted 3 weeks. His dad is not a bad guy but is not in a position to offer him inheritance or a great job. His family had money at one time but the money is long gone. The whole "Manziel Money" thing in the media is totally false. I've been around Johnny since I was in 2nd grade and I can promise you they are far from the millionaires they are portrayed to be.

So you're saying "screw up" is in his genes?

Not necessarily "screw up". Some of his older family were definitely mafia types involved in extortion and illegal gambling but his immediate family are decent people. Just saying that all the stories about them being oil millionaires are laughable. They are average middle class people who had oil money 30-40 years ago but their oil plays have been dry for years.

They do own this event center in Tyler LINK

Sean Connery said its okay to hit a woman as long as it's with an open hand if the circumstances call for it.

Many women need that structure to feel secure and safe.

His family has too much money. The only way Manziel will ever see a jail cell is if he kills someone or rapes a girl that refuses to be bought off. People overreact to this saga. I've partaken in much worse than JFF and I'm sure a lot of people on this board have as well. The difference is we didn't have the whole country critiquing our every step

Maybe he's pissed away his football aspirations. He'll just work for his dad in Texas making millions all while he sits on a fat family inheritance. Johnny Manziel will be fine and I'd gladly trade places with him this very second

Hey, we've all been drunk before and we've certainly slapped a bitch to get her to stop nagging. No big deal there but, Manziel should have got a contract renewal to hit the big jackpot before he quit.

Co worker says he lives across the street from the ex and wouldn't be surprised if she made it up. He's not an aggie or manziel fan.

Give it time and wait 'till one jumps in your face and actually wants you to hit her so she can remember daddy.

So some crazy bitch's story is what we're going with?

I'll bet you say that about rape victims too. A woman says that a rich football player battered her and threatened to kill her and it must be her fault, or it must be her lying.

This POS is just what he is. A POS.

They have quite a bit of land in the Cotton Valley from what I've heard and it's not dry. I do think the royalties are spread around a lot of the family though.

the Juice bruh
meh. At least the Juice had a great NFL career and didn't have many off the field antics(that I know of) during his pro career. It also had a successful career in media and film up until the incident. I honestly think that his craziness can be linked to CTE.

Sadly, I don't think he is mature enough to be helped and if he ever decides to grow up, I'm afraid it's going to be too late.
