Thats what every fanbase believes right after they fire their head coach. Why does everyone believe jon gruden would make a good college coach?

so, Petrino. I called it

and it's going to have to be expensive, you fired a guy who went 9-4 his last 2 seasons.

If theyre gonna go expensive, your boosters might actually throw the check book, which means you could get someone good instead of the MAC coach of the year.
And if you get Gruden, people here are gonna melt.

If...IF it's Gruden, hes going to be in that Saban/Harbaugh/Urban tier in terms of base salary

This description could easily apply to Bielema's diarrhea after hitting up a buffet.

A good CEO HC yes. With good coordinators manning the rest then UT should be good. Otherwise it's a gamble.

Gruden..shaking hands, kissing babies, recruit mama and grandmamas, HS coaches etc. Leave it up to the Steele-Cooter show on the field, and I'll be happy.

It has recently come to my attention that one Lyle Jones recently entered into the coaching market. I hear good things about his motivational tactics, perhaps he is worth a look.
