Yall boast about your offense like it actually wins games. That offense hasn't done shite for you.
It is the only reason we are even SLIGHTLY relevant to recruits.

Don't pretend like last years O is the norm for LSU offense
From our perspective the LSU offensive has been at a "norm" for a while. You can't see that because of where you stand. One day when the coach post-Les implements a modern offense at LSU yall will see what a dinosaur show the current LSU offense is.

Actually I chose to and I will.
Just like most LSU fans forget football existed pre-2000. I learn from the best.

Collins will be a loss, but we didn't lose anyone else of note.
So he isn't being replaced by comparable talent? To be expected. Expect a downgrade.

Hawkins will be a 2nd-4th round type pick and has 2 years starting experience at RT, so not exactly a slouch.
We also return Pocic (1 year starting experience) & Alexander (3 years starting experience - will be very very high NFL draft pick this year)
Losing Porter at center was hardly a loss that Clapp will easily fill and Boutte is the definition of a gigantic road grading guard. He's Herman Johnson's mini-me (only because big herm was like 6'7 385).

It's not a lack of talent. We have work to do, but we have a ton of talent that fits places in our scheme."

Chavis named DJ Welter most improved player back in 2013
He also wanted Kendell Beckwith at DE instead of LB to start DJ Welter at MLB back in 2013.
Chavis likes to think he knows what he's talking about when it comes to talent evaluation, but he doesnt know shite.

So after 76 years, Chavis shows up on campus for a few months and says they will win a natty title....ok.

Give them a break. They thought Mike Sherman was a good hire. Aggy can be talked into anything.

Well we will see how things shape up this year then. By your analysis, and the clear DE talent aTm has, yall should win a bunch of games.
My point was more about LSU than aTm though. I simply gave you Miles' strategy. He prefers to use clock. It's an odd comparison given the offenses strategies are so vastly different. Yall may have a better offense, but Miles strategy has won him a lot of games over the years.

The remaining positions on the OL were very young. Collins and hen everyone else. This year there will be much more experience, and we actually have a C who is NFL caliber.

Nice, I wish the LSU fans would stop melting and flaming so we could discuss football

That dinosaur offense has taken LSU to the NC twice in 8 years. Your, urm, non dinosaur offense has won a cotton bowl and a Bama game.
I think we will be just fine. Starting this year.

That's not true at all, Chavis's elite defenses took you there.
And your offense cost you a title.

Chavis was not the DC in 2007. LSU was a run first team then too.
I'll agree the O cost us the 2011 title. Or, Jefferson in particular actually. The strategy worked all year...we were undefeated.

So you expect the offensive line to be more experience, but less talented? Of which, it probably won't make great plays, but make less mistakes, resulting in a serviceable offensive line? Not that unreasonable, as long as you realize it won't be as good.

except when your boy went up against NFL talent he got worked. chavis isn't going to be out there pushing 300lb tackles.
