Supposedly, it's just Cecil saying that TN offered 150,000 which doesn't mean they actually did. The incriminating part is Cam being in the room while the conversation is going on and Cecil admitting that he was.

You are still responsible for hiring him (and not firing him after numerous secondary violations within months of his hiring). Kiffin might get banned by the NCAA, but UTenn will still have to pay the price...they hired him...there is culpability in that whether you admit it or not.
