joe haden is sick, along with the rest of the UF secondary.

how much depth does UF have at CB. I know there are some freaks in the waiting at safety and linebacker, but who do you think takes his spot next year?

i think he was joking around to us about what number he was going, but he seemed pretty confident he'd be top 15

not really sure, Anderson and Pierre-Louis are both seniors and if Haden leaves that will leave us with little experience behind J. Jenkins at corner. I'd guess Adrian Bushell who will be a sophomore would start, he's pretty talented.

coaches were real high on brown b4 his injury...they think hes going to be the next great one

we will likely have:
Jenkins and either Bushell or Brown at Corner..this seems the most likely..jenkins will be the lock down corner..but the other corner position might get picked on a bit next season

Safety we are absolutely loaded:
Will Hill, Josh Evans, Dee Finley, Ahmad Black, Major Wright

i'm more concerned with replacing the production from our DE's...hurts to lose Cunningham and most likely Dunlap

I think he should go if he's projected in the first round. The one thing I thought that might keep him here for his senior year is that his younger brother is a commit in this year's class, and they've always said they wanted to play college ball together.

I think a big reason why he is rated so high is because he had never even played on the defensive side of the ball until his first year here and he has already gotten to where he is at. Drafting him would be looking at alot of potential to get even better. Many guys on the team say he is one of the top athletes and he is ridiculously strong.

The scroll at the bottom of ESPN during games always ranks him 3rd DB behind Berry and Maze.

Arent there people who arent agents that talk to all of the elligable players about their stock and whether they need to look at the draft or not? It seems logical to have something like that instead of hoping a kid doesnt make a mistake and leave early or stay and lose money?

Their is a program within the NFL that lets players know where they are projected to be drafted at and gives them info on why they are projected there.

BUT,

That is not done until after the season.

He pretty much is. He's hands down the most complete corner in the nation. Great at pass coverage, excellent in rolling up and stopping the run.

In addition, he'll rock the combine. He may be the strongest pound for pound player on our squad. Dude was hitting 40 reps of 185 coming out of high school.

All you have to do is go to ESPN's NFL draft front page and you will see that Haden is ranked #1 by several people and predicted 7th pick. I sure would like to see him stay but with a projected high pick, it's hard to turn that down (hint Bradford).

LINK

McShay and Kiper both have him as #1 CB.
