Most liberals don't get up on the big stage after winning the biggest game with one of the most iconic big plays in the history of the sport and proceed to thank their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if Tua and his family voted for Trump. Most Democratic politicians would mock him for his beliefs.

I liken this to the fact that as a fan of jazz, R&B and rock, I know my political beliefs run opposite of my favorite musicians.

Could not care less.

I like their music, not their political beliefs.

The media these days is so ready to both crown someone a champion before they reach the pinnacle and discount someone for absolutely nothing. Look at what they’ve done to Tom Brady - they’ve been saying he is done for 5+ years - and all that guy does is win.

They practically gave Burrow the Super Bowl MVP before the game was played last year. And now they are shitting on him for not living up to it. Also, Burrow is the man it’s not his fault, the media is just trash.

I prefer our police be police and our judicial system be the judges. I'm not a fan of Judge Dredd type policing. Police aren't there to punish criminals... that's for the judicial system.

And after that brief political aside... can we shut the political crap down now. Go find a politics board for this stuff.

I think Joe is young, and wants everyone to like him. He has had a lot that’s caused his head to swell, and doesn’t really know how to deal with all the attention he’s getting, but as a result he’s losing focus a little and perhaps isn’t as hungry and focused as he once was.

I’m obviously an LSU fan, but I do think Jason made some really good points that Joe should listen to, the biggest of them is to just play football, and leave all that other stuff to other people to hash out. Just focus on being the best baller you can be.
