I almost spit out my drink. I have no idea how well Kelly will do, but they are dead even from an SEC winning standpoint.

According to Aggie logic, if someone makes a thread then they're either "worried" or "jealous."

I was responding to Tiger logic:

So which is it? Are you worried or jealous that LSU has Boogeyin' Brian?

Neither.

I think LSU has been a very good program since Saban got there. I think Brian will improve the program from its current state.

However, he wont have more talent than Bama or A&M over his next 4 years. I don’t think he will out coach either of those schools. Throw in Arkansas, Mike Leach and Lane the portal king pulling something out of their arse every other Saturday, and Brian will have the biggest challenge of his career at 60 years old.

The stats show that the vast majority of Jimbo’s accomplishments occurred at FSU. He hasn’t even won his division in the SEC. He downgraded at A&M, a program with an overall culture that doesn’t win shite.

Kelly upgraded to LSU, a program that invests more in its resources than Notre Dame, so much so that the last two morons who were in charge won a NC. We now have an adult in charge. Be afraid.

LSU had a flash in the pan season in 2019. They struck lightning in a bottle. Since saban came back into the conference, he has dominated LSU and everyone else. Please stop acting like LSU is Alabama.

Jimbo gets outcoached on a regular basis.

LSU is not Alabama. Alabama is the best football program in the SEC. LSU is a far superior football program to A&M, however. Stay in your lane, whatever that is.

Never said Jimbo doesn’t. I’m saying Brian Kelly isn’t outcoaching anybody. Never has and never will.

Name one game Notre Dame was significantly outmatched and outperformed everyone’s expectations under BK.

If a fired Ed Orgeron and two first time coordinators can outcoach Jimbo anyone can.

Example:
Jimbo beating #1 Alabama who had a Heisman trophy winning QB, with his backup QB.

Kelly doesn’t have one win like that in his resume. Never beaten an elite team and has never been close to it.

I'd agree but I'd also say that I'd rather him lose to an elite team here or there than beat an elite team and lose to 4 or 5 meh teams.

I think it's also worth pointing out that Jimbo has also never beaten the "elite teams" that Kelly lost to when they played in the same year.

In fact, Jimbo has never really beaten an "elite team" outside of 2021 Alabama and if we're being completely honest, it looked like Alabama was kind of looking past A&M much like they were doing when they nearly lost to a really bad LSU team.

There is no losing to an elite team “here or there” for Brian Kelly. He’s never beaten one and it’s been a blow out every single time.

That’s happened, what? Twice?

2018 Clemson at Texas A&M was 28-26. Clemson vs ND in the Cotton Bowl that year was 30-3.

2020 Bama blew out pretty much everyone.

He beat 2013 sec champion auburn in the national championship. He’s beaten #1 Alabama.

What team has Brian beat that even went on to win a BCS/NY6 bowl? 2020 Clemson without Trevor Lawrence and half their defense. That’s it. Then Clemson whipped his arse in the ACC championship.

2013 Auburn was not an "elite team."

Even Auburn fans will tell you that.

2013 Florida State had FAR more talent than 2013 Auburn.

2018 Michigan comes to mind. As does 2012 Oklahoma, I'm sure I could find more if I look.

I would take BK 10/10 times compared to bum arse Jimbo. Let’s revisit in two years when y’all can Jimbo.

Sorry Jimbo had the elite team that year. Guess there was none to beat??

Florida beat them 41-14 in Peach Bowl.

2012 Oklahoma

A&M beat them 41-13 in the cotton bowl.

You should maybe look before posting complete lies next time.

It’s so cute when y’all bring up the natty Jimbo won at Florida State. You know, because your program hasn’t won one since 1939. And now, your likely starting quarterback would be lucky to be our 4th string assuming he could beat out Walker Howard. It’s all so goddamn cute.
