For Bruce I think sweating is like breathing; he could be in Antartica in the middle of winter with shorts and a t-shirt and still be sweating.

He doesn't really need too.

According to Seth Davis, CBS columnist, on the radio last night, and what Tony Jones said in an interview yesterday.

Vols need at the most two more wins to be a lock. We've played 17 games this year against teams that are currently listed in Lunardi's latest bracket.

Our schedule put us into the NCAA, not the ability of the team.

I do think we need to beat South Carolina and MSU, we have little chance against Vanderbilt or Kentucky.

We'll probably get killed if he just stays.

I'll just assume you haven't watched Tennessee play basketball this year.

Sure we have a chance, but there is nothing you can point to relative to the Tennessee team. That will lead me to believe we should win either of those game.

It would be the 2nd smartest move our basketball program has ever made. The smartest was hiring him to begin with. Whatever sanctions he gets will pass. Then he will go right on building this program into a monster. He is a proven winner, anyone we could get to replace him would be an unknown.

It would be a big unknown whether or not he could succeed after being suspended. This isn't like the past where Adolph Rupp could come back from his team getting the death penalty and still succeeding. If Pearl is suspended, he's not going to get things on track while he's at Tennessee, at least not for a long time.

Well we lost to Ole Miss...anything is possible. Well, except losing to Auburn or LSU.

There are two teams in the game. Kentucky has done even less to show they can win on the road.

When the letter comes out, I think it would be best if Pearl just announces he's 'retiring' at the end of the season.

I can't remember what all happened, but wasn't it some recruits at Pearl's house when they weren't allowed to be there?

And Pearl isn't Adolph Rupp. He's already had trouble recruiting top prospects because the other coaches kill him for being a snitch and a cheater. It will be tougher when they can add liar to the list.

Ok.

And at home we've lost too.

Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Charleston, Oakland, USC.

Kentucky's lost some conference road games by a possesion or two.

3 by one possession 2 by two possessions.

Kentucky is better than Tennessee this year, the quietest arena in CBB isn't going to change what happens on the floor.

I just can't imagine that they keep Pearl if he's suspended for the year or something along those lines. It would be absolutely bizarre.

The quietest Arena in college basketball for Kentucky game. Cool story bro, Kentucky is 1-5 on the road.

Pearl had three highschool juniors over to a team function at his house,BBQ/pool party, which is a secondary violation. If they'd been seniors ,it would have been allowed.

Aaron Craft(OSU - Him and Matta are likely the ones who turned us in)

Josh Selby(Kansas)

Jordan McRae(Tenn)

Pearl lied to the NCAA about having the aforementioned Juniors at his house. (Major violation)

It's embarassing, and it was an extremely poor decision by Pearl. But it's not exactly the dirtiest thing to happen in college basketball either.

It would be stupid, but remember, this is the fan base so loyal to the head guy and afraid of change they watched Fulmer drag an football lite program into a ditch for years.
