Ramar Smith - 5 * bust

I have little doubt that some sketchy crap went on just to get Smith into school.

Talk about busts. This makes our 2007 football class look good by comparison.

Tobias and Scotty aren't busts.

Harris has been playing poorly, but it's evident the skills are there. He'll sign an NBA contract.

Hopson has been a 3 year starter, he's not what we were hoping for but he's not a bust.

Prince transferred in after being in a coma, and was a shell of his former self.

Crews/Smith - all the talent in the world, but were busts because they got kicked out of school.

Woolridge, Jurick are definitely busts.

The results havent been good? Hes 63-29 in the conference. Thats the best mark in the SEC since he got here. The results have been outstanding.

I'm not saying they are. I was referring to the list in general.

I said the good results came on the backs of lower rated players.

Chris Loften - 3*
Jujuan Smith - Walk on
Dane Bradshaw - 3*
Bobby Maze - 3*

Even 3* Brian Williams played a huge part in us getting to the elite 8 last year.

How is this backing his supposedly great recruiting ability. He's had no players drafted in the NBA at this point, and his top recruits have been letdowns for the most part.

Yeah, Bobby maze was a beast, and Jp Prince was a bust.

It would be the 2nd smartest move our basketball program has ever made. The smartest was hiring him to begin with. Whatever sanctions he gets will pass. Then he will go right on building this program into a monster. He is a proven winner, anyone we could get to replace him would be an unknown.

He'll just froze over bc I actually agree with you

JP Prince did, too, but he was really only productive for about half a season.

Thats what we need a coach who gets players to the NBA. Who cares?

Not really. Tough to call a kid a bust when he spent years of his life trying to fully recover from being in a coma for over a month.

He was a huge part in us making the elite 8 last year.

You think recruits might care a little?

And how many championship teams have you seen with no NBA players lately?

Another concern about Pearl's recruiting.

If he's doing so well on the recruiting trail, then why on earth is his kid still playing?

Because when baby troll Pearl is in the game your team automatically becomes the prettiest team on the floor.

Yeah I'm not sure about him either. Can't decide if he is god awful or just bad. A guy that hosts a radio show in Memphis claims Pearl jr. Is the worst big six conference player he has ever seen. I don't think he is that bad but he's bad

He hasn't watched much of Auburn or LSU this season then. Sweaty Jr. is terrible, but at least he doesn't try to shoot or anything disastrous like that.

He's god awful. The concerning part is it has been a trend.

Bradshaw was bad, but he tried hard and Pearl was just getting his players in. There's not much of an excuse for Howell, McBee, or Pearl Jr playing so much.
