Burrow beat Bama in Bama in front of Bamas... Legend Status.
That happens in reverse pretty much EVERY other year in Red Stick....does that qualify for legend status?

Over the past 20 years the away team is more likely to win.

LSU has like 9 total wins against Alabama @ Baton Rogue in their history. Most of their wins come when they are the away team.

Weird little thing about the history of the games that many people don't seem to realize.

BAMA won titles with McElroy, AJ, and Coker.

Those days are over. LSU, Clemson, UGA and OSU have caught Bama in terms of roster talent. The gap between Bama defensively and everyone else’s offense has narrowed significantly.

Yeah, after half the team is out for the season because of injuries.

It's one season. LSU really thinks they can talk that kind of smack to the greatest college football program of all time?
All-time ??? I think that was Yale or Princeton or one of those other has-beens.

Burrow is the least likeable big time qb since Cam, maybe worse.

Yeah the guy that used the Heisman trophy acceptance speech to feed the less fortunate in his home town. What an arse.

Who graded higher vs Auburn than Joe Burrow and higher vs Michigan than Justin Fields.

We'll see if LSU is still good next year. That's going to be the biggest determining factor on the final legacy for LSU and Coach O. Will he enter the ranks of coaches who have their teams ready every year, or will he show to be another Chizik. My guess is somewhere in between.

You mistake “have won enough titles not to get too excited about a single season” with something else.

We understand. We’ve gotten this a lot by fans of lesser programs over the years. They fade away..... and we don’t.

Yep. BAMA isn't going anywhere. LSU is getting a taste of what BAMA has dealt with every season for the last decade. Attrition is cruel, but somehow Saban managed to win 5 titles in spite of all the players and coaches Alabama has lost. That's why Saban is the GOAT.
————————————————————

Not sure you know what you’re talking about. LSU usually has more juniors jump to the NFL than Bama, part of the reason y’all have beat us the last decade. Think we have the record with like 11 one year. It’s well known Saban does whatever it takes to get his juniors to stay. So pretty sure we know all too well about attrition, probably more so than y’all.

Joe is da Boss, he's confident and backs it up. 15 tried, 15 died.
