Are we in good hands next year?

I would think it’ll be an open and pretty good competition between all 3 (Beck/Brock/Gunner) if they all stick around after spring.

thats what i heard.
All 3 have a real shot to win the job. I bet Beck and Brock transfer if they aren’t on top at the end of spring practice

If Carson wins the job, I think we keep all 3 for next season. It would have to be a big NIL deal to get Brock or Gunner (and it would be for summer... so only to a desperate team that has a spring injury to their starter would be throwing that around).
If Beck doesn't feel confident after spring, I presume he stays. Not sure.

Beck has the tools. Looked damn sharp in the spring game. He's come a long way since coming off the field, smiling after an interception last year.
I would think that Beck would have already transferred if he weren't confident in his ability to take that QB1 spot next season. He had all the incentive in the world to do so, once SBIV announced that he was returning.
I'm certain there will be a battle for that spot between he and the two hotshots behind him.
UGA can't lose, regardless of the outcome.

THIS
Knows the systems and Monken's expectations and his line of thinking. That goes a long ways from just knowing the playbook. I'm looking forward to him starting next year.

Anyone have any insight on status of Stockton? Has been running scout team all year. 5 star who broke all the high school records of Treavor Lawrence and Dashawn Watson.

Beck starts the Sean but Stockton takes it mid way. Vandegriff doesn’t have it.

I think Gunner wins the job.

He did well coming in and playing in blowouts this year. 75% completions, 8.7 yards per attempt, 4 TD, 0 INT 189 qb rating.
Limited sample, but the results of that sample were very good.

Beck is quite a ways in front right now.
From what I've heard, BV will hang around and see if the light comes on, but if things go the way they have been, he's probably portal bound after spring.

I think so, also.

Stockton was in a much lower classification than those guys.
Vandergriff played against mostly private schools.
They've both had a big learning curve.

In person he's a giant. Has like a size 8.75 head. Beck is way taller and way bigger than Vandagriff when they're standing side by side, and Vandagriff isn't a small quarterback.
Looks like a first round pick in warm ups and looked like a first round pick in that one game earlier this year against whoever it was. He also has good straight line speed and can barrel.
Not going to make any grand predictions however until he proves himself playing meaningful snaps. That's what fans of half assed programs like Tennessee and Auburn do.
