Saban benched an accomplished Hurts for true freshman Tua.

Right and then Hurts transferred and Tua stayed. If Kirby would have learned from Saban, he would have gone with the better player.

He played it safe like saban did, and went with the experienced guy. The change was A product of desperation after getting a huge break. Uga doesn’t get lucky like that.

Fromms were real pushy about it. Momma tryna swang (and not how you wanna think) on folks talking 'bout her boy. Daddy keeping Kirbs on the phone for hours at a time and raking him over the coals. JFro just needing somebody to love.

Yeah that nasty mf'er made it painfully obvious.

but the difference was that Tua got a lot of playing time, and when he did he got to run the entire playbook. Not the case with Justin Fields at UGA.

Congrats. You signed a nobody, retread QB. Not to mention, UGA's offensive system is shite.

Tua's freshman year he got enough playing time to complete 49 of 77 passes for 11 tds. Jalen Hurts threw 17 tds that year.

Justin Fields first year he completed 27 of 39 for 4 tds.

I handed the ball off good as frick. I didn't do shite bro

But at least he had a nice clean uniform

Seems like a very Danny Etling type of move by Georgia. Kirby really may be the new Les Miles

Before the tua switch:

Tua: 53 passes, 15 runs = 68 total
Fields: 39 passes, 42 runs = 81 total

wrong answer. As previously noted, in his first year Tua played enough to complete 49 of 77 for 11 tds.

Throw all the shite against the wall that you want to

but thems the facts

The only relevant stats are the ones before the switch. Saban played tua even less than fields and he had more reason to not do that.

You can do all the gymnastics you want. The bottom line is Kirby let Fields walk and Saban let Hurts walk. Georgia didn’t have the balls to make the tough decision, Saban did.

you edited that in

The simple fact is that Tua got to run the entire playbook, and in his freshman season threw nearly twice as much as Fields got to in his freshman year, and passed for 11 tds to Fields 4.

The bottom line is that Tua was the starting qb for Alabama the next season, and Fields transferred out of UFA because he didn't get a chance to prove himself.

I handed the ball off good as frick

There are no gyms involved. I simply proved a point wrong with facts. Saban made the same mistake. He didn’t even insert tua v auburn in a game bama had to win to win the sec. Didnt play vs Clemson. LSU. MSU. Saban clearly didn’t have the balls to play him.

Right Georgia got unlucky right? Kirby should have put in Fields halftime of LSU game.

Yes. Auburn won, so Bama thought they lost their playoff spot as tua sat on the bench. Got lucky. Still, Didn’t play him vs Clem. Didn’t play him first half uga. Saban finally caved in.

You say things like “I proved my point,” yet you are really saying it was because of luck that Saban chose Tua and Kirby chose Fromm.
