Uga could easily upgrade at qb and still not make the playoffs, so you are asking an irrelevant question. They aren’t mutually exclusive ideas.

So what are you guys missing? What makes you think you shouldn't be in the playoffs?
Is it talent? It's certainly not QB since you guys are getting this incredible player. WR? RB? OL? Defense?

We are loaded with talent. D should be great. Our opponents lose plenty of 2019 players themselves.
Many things could be missing: luck, kicks, health, OL, skipping an opposing heisman qb like a Fields, burrow, or Lawrence, etc
