good position coach. I may be wrong but he is not ready for a DC yet. Good recruiter

Terrible linebacker coach. Our linebackers were the worst that Auburn had when he coached them. Our linebackers learned to take horendous angles on the ball, play out of position most of the time and overall under perform game in and game out.

He wasn't at Alabama long enough to impact anyone into bad habits. He is, however, a good one to open up Mobile for you guys.

yall ran him off for no reason, and then tried to get him back, and he declined.

He left for bammer 2 weeks prior to signing day and after Chizik had hired him back.

What are you talking about AU screwed Willis? Willis was part of the Tuberville staff that was fired then Chizik was hired and hired him back. Then two weeks before signing day Willis left AU for UA.

He would have had to pay back his severance if he stayed at Auburn. He already spent it, so he bolted...

He already accepted. And why should we have paid him more? Our team had just went 5-7.

Where did the rumor that James Willis sold his NC ring come from? As of 12/18/2010, he still has it.

Yes, I'm butthurt that our 5-7 coach isn't here. Oh look we are playing in the BCS championship game.

Your 5-7 coach is our 14-0 coach. Guess he hates you guys.

No thanks to your defense.

I'm sure it's because we don't have James Willis. He really turned TT around.

We pretty much traded Willis for Thigpen recruiting wise, and that is a win for us.

Willis is a fine coach and recruiter, but I don't have much respect for someone who spurns their alma mater like that 2 weeks before signing day. I'm sure you two would feel the same if it was one of y'all's player/coach.

The only thing I know about TT and Willis' D was that he was supposedly down to WR and walk-ons for DBs.

Chiz didn't do so hot his first year at AU or at Iowa State period. You guys are loving him now.

Just win baby.

I don't think Willis will be the DC anyway.
