Looks pretty dope. We'll see if the Florida-Georgia game stays there. They're definitely trying to appeal to the schools to stay.

Here's the full video: LINK

Lol if you think they are upgrading their stadium just for a college football game that doesn't even have the attendance record at the stadium

Bottom left corner looks like someone about to take a vuvuzela to the earhole.

Please use critical thinking. I didn't say they were specifically doing this for a college football game. If you watch the video, there's a rendering of the Florida-Georgia game there. Clearly, they're trying to keep the game there. They're also trying to host more concerts and USA soccer games.

Now this:

I miss it too, but this is still a great thing for them to do. Jags games won't be near as bad in September for the 1 PM games either.

As in 28 years ago? It'll reach 30 years old when it gets renovated. In this day and age, that's an old stadium.

Looks like a create-a-stadium from Madden.

Look at that gorgeous piece of shite

More public indecency, fist fights, blackouts, and conceptions of Gen x and Baby Boomers occurred in and around that hunk of junk than most any other square mile in the southeastern United States.

I don’t see how reducing capacity makes it more attractive for the Florida Georgia game

Will never miss that decrepit POS.

Felt that it would collapse at any moment and remember it swaying at more than one WLOCP.I have no idea how it passed any type of building inspection.

Munson was joking about the girders bending at the Gator Bowl as far back as ‘75 and again about needing to tear the damn thing down in ‘80. Only finally did it get torn down for good a whole 15 years later place was a fricking death trap full of liquored up assholes and degenerates, Skynyrd should’ve written a song about it given that it represented their true hometown

Not sure cutting seats will help the pitch.

there is a future tropical depression already considering taking aim at that roof. Sure Jax doesn't get many direct hits, but you know they will the first year that thing is completed.
